MEET THE COACH: SHELDON CASTLE

Hello, I’m so pleased that you made it this far. Taking action is the only way to achieve the goals that you set out for yourself. I am here to help you; I have helped so many clients achieve their fitness, lifestyle and personal goals. And I am sure we can do the same. Let me tell you a little about myself and then we turn the focus over to YOU.

I have been into fitness and training my whole life. I have played professional rugby, competed in CrossFit competitions and also do some obstacle course racing. I have truly been blessed, being able and capable to use my body to do exciting things and most importantly help other people achieve their goals. My proudest achievements are the clients that I have. When someone that previously could not bend over to pick up their child, tells you they did a 10km road running race with that same child, it’s a very humbling feeling.

I have been in the fitness industry since 2014. Since then I have helped thousands of clients reach a better quality of life. Yes I do focus on losing weight and building muscle all those very important things but the non-scalable victories are also equally important. These are things such as energy levels, sleeping patterns, comfort in clothes and self-esteem. To achieve all these goals that one sets out for one self, you have to commit. Are you ready to commit?

My training philosophy is quite simple, do stuff that scare you or make you feel uncomfortable. In doing this you can be certain that the direct effect of that will be growth. You have to identify your comfort zones, and get rid of those limiting believes. As soon as we do that, a world of possibility will open up to you. In doing this training will always be fun and exciting. Ready to start moving yet?

I am someone that has failed before and will fail again, without failure there can be no growth. I also don’t have the answer to everything but I can promise you one thing, I know how to find it. There is a Japanese word “kaizen”, it means continues self-improvement. This is one of the things that drives me daily to be better than yesterday. Let’s commit and start moving TODAY.

Dedicated to your success
