MEET THE COACH:
SHELDON CASTLE

I have been into fitness and training my whole life. I have played professional rugby, competed in crossfit competitions and also do some obstacle course racing. I have truly been blessed, being able and capable to use my body to do exciting things and most importantly help other people achieve their goals. My proudest achievements are the clients that I have. When someone that previously could not bend over to pick up their child, tells you they did a 10km road running race with that same child, it’s a very humbling feeling.

I have trained with Castle Fitness for a 3 month period with the aim to grow stronger and increase muscle mass. It has been a great learning curve, both in physical and mental strength. I have gained 1.5 kg muscle in total (a lot for my frame and body type) and can lift and squat significantly higher loads. The workouts are tough but do-able and will leave you stronger, leaner and fitter after completion.
